If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I ordered an engraved carafe for a friends ruby wedding but when I got it, the engraving of the rather long Hungarian name was somewhat difficult to decipher. So I emailed customer services who requested a picture. Upon receipt they agreed without hesitation to issue a replacement and I suggested a simpler font. That was the end of last week, and it was delivered today (Tuesday !!) and it is perfect. So the quality of the goods and the excellent service are second to none.

I had the pleasure of attending my dear friends very special wedding ceremony in March 2022. I wanted to commemorate her day with a 3D laser picture crystal. Dartington have produced an exceptional piece of quality workmanship, so detailed and wonderful. My friends are elated and will cherish it thru the years. Thank you.

I can't praise the staff enough at Dartington glass - their customer service was exceptional - if I could give them six stars I would. SM and PM could not have done more to sort out a problem with a delivery for my mother. The best customer service I have come across in a very long time - emails responded to really quickly and things sorted out very quickly - a huge thank you to them.

I ordered a pack of six crystal red wine glasses. The ordering was simple and the delivery was very quick. One glass was broken upon arrival. Dartington immediately sent a replacement glass. This arrived well within the delivery times of other companies. I am happy with the quality of the glasses. They are light and of a good size. I now look forward to putting them to use.

I have purchased a number of their crystal photo blocks plus other items. Item quality, customer service (if there has been a 'hic up' in downloading photos) and delivery by Royal Mail has always been 5+ stars. A brilliant company that very much cares about customer service & i wish them every success for the future.

Having ordered a pair of Crystal Dimpled Tumblers as a gift for my partner, which arrived promptly via a tracked service, unfortunately upon opening one was chipped on the rim. I emailed Dartington to inform them and Paige kindly sent an apology and would send a replacement. Today I've received a delivery to find that Dartjngton have superceeded expectations and sent not just one but two glasses. I am very grateful to such kindness and felt that this company needed this recognition. Excellent customer service and will be purchasing again in the future.

I bought a dartington crystal dinner service from a well known department store that turned out not to be made by dartington crystal despite them putting their markers stamp on them.

Unfortunately after a short time the plates I bought believing they were made by Dartington Crystal tarnished and marked quite badly. I got in touch with Dartington and they told me they hadn't actually made them - they had been made by the other store but had been approved by Dartington but that the plates would have passed Dartington Crystals quality control. When I explained that clearly these plates and bowls had fallen short of their quality control they just passed all responsibility on to the department store. While I appreciate that it is the department store that has misled me and sold me an inferior product, it is hugely disappointing that Dartington have completely passed all responsibility on despite allowing the department store to make the products and sell them under their name. They barely offered an apology.

have just made a first purchase from Dartington, a crystal vase for a family birthday. The service was excellent, within minutes of ordering, we had a follow-up email with an expected delivery (next day, as it happened and nothing extra to pay), then early this morning a delivery time slot down to one hour, which was exactly when it was delivered. The item is as good as it looked online, and was very securely and safely packaged. Thoroughly satisfied customer!!

Horrific customer service. The only attraction is the factory tour but if you miss the start time by as much as a minute (please note not clearly advertised) you are condemned to wander around the insipid visitor centre for at least an hour and to be treated like an absolute inconvenience.

I ordered a 40th birthday gift for my wife, with engraving. I ordered it late. I spoke to the customer services, they promised to do what they could & they achieved - the glasses arrived on my wife's birthday. Ordered Sunday, delivered Wednesday. Fantastic service.

Visited Today, was ordered out of the kitchen shop by a incredibly rude shop assistant.Had two young children needing to visit the bathrooms and had not been counted in,nobody on the door and told aggressively to leave as there was two many in the shop. If this is the case I should of been made to be aware of the number allowed in the shop when I entered and not to be spoken to out loud like I was in front of all the other customers . I shall not be returning and as a local will not recommend . I was so embarrassed to be ordered out of the shop having no idea I was breaking any rules. The shop assistant even went as far as putting her coat on to escort me marching me to another toilet. Making me feel totally embarrassed and humiliated. Other customer’s even commented on her appalling attitude and left so I could use the facility, still this wasn’t allowed and I was forded outside in the rain with my two children .

I recently bought a vase for my mum's birthday and had an engraving made. There was a delay in receiving the order due to the extra lead up time for this during the uk lockdown. However, when I inquired about it they made extra effort to make sure the order was dispatched immediately and compensated me for the delay. The vase is beautiful and my mum loves it. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a crystal block with an image of my beloved dog that past away some time ago. The item arrived within 3 days and was stunningly beautiful, far more than I expected and in my opinion, worth twice the price.

I highly recommend this company not only for quality but for service too. What I originally wanted wouldn't have been suitable and I was swiftly advised of this and was instead given alternative options to suit me, the communication turn around was within an hour, I was so impressed. Not only on this point but to my own error I did not attach a photo with the product I wanted and the sales team were in touch via email within minutes advising me that I had not done this and asked me to email them directly back, they also advised me on the wording length and what might be more suitable to fit on the product, I felt the service was second to none and very personal. I waited for my purchase to arrive which said it would take 3 days, however it only took 2 working days. I was impressed when opening it, the quality of the product is excellent, as is the packaging it comes in - I really think that the service provided to me was excellent from verbal right through to product completion. I will definitely be using this company again, very refreshing to get a seamless end to end service.
